Hi, I'm Helen. For more than 40 years, I showed up in the corporate world. I worked through grueling deadlines, navigated high-pressure environments, and bore the invisible weight of always having to be reliable, capable, and composed.
Like so many women of our generation, I was taught that duty came first. We honor our commitments. We provide. We keep the ship steady, even when our own spirits are running on empty. Energetically, I had known for a long time that my soul was done. But leaving felt irresponsible, terrifying, and impossible.

The Universe had pulled the emergency brake so that I could finally step out of an unfulfilling existence and walk fully into my true life's work as a spiritual coach and mentor.
