Who do you work with?+
I work exclusively with women aged 45 and over who are in transition — whether you are preparing to leave a long corporate career, already stepping into your own business, or simply rewriting your next chapter on your own terms. My specialty is supporting spiritual women who carry money blocks, self-worth wounds, or burnout from decades of duty.
What is EFT Tapping and how does it clear money blocks?+
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an evidence-backed practice that combines gentle acupressure tapping on meridian points with focused psychological statements. By tapping while addressing subconscious fears around charging, receiving, and visibility, we calm the nervous system alarms that keep you undercharging or shrinking. It is one of the most effective tools I have found for releasing inherited scarcity patterns and poverty vows.
What is Angelic Reiki and how is it different from traditional Reiki?+
As an Angelic Reiki Master and Teacher, I act as a pure channel for the Angelic Kingdom of Light. Unlike traditional Reiki, where the practitioner directs energy, in Angelic Reiki the Angelic beings deliver healing to the original seed point of dis-ease. It is deeply restorative for nervous system burnout, karmic clearing, and reconnecting you to your soul blueprint.
Do sessions happen in person or online?+
All sessions are held privately over Zoom, so you can receive this work from anywhere in the world in the comfort and safety of your own sacred space. A quiet, uninterrupted environment helps you drop in fully.
How long are the sessions and how often should I book?+
Individual healing sessions typically run 60–75 minutes. For money block clearing, many clients begin with 3–6 sessions spaced weekly or bi-weekly. The Wealthy Woman Within mentorship is a 12-week container with regular private sessions built in. We will map the right cadence together on your discovery call.

I have never done energy work before. Is this safe for beginners?+
Absolutely. You do not need any prior experience with tapping, Reiki, or energy healing. Every session is held in a gentle, grounded, and confidential space. We move at the pace your nervous system can safely integrate, and you remain fully in choice throughout.
